  • Estimator position producing estimates for a high end manufactured range of partitioning systems such as: standard partitioning, architectural glass solutions, and certified glazed fire rated systems
  • Review tender documents in order to produce estimates for delivery time, cost and labour
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments to ensure that all relevant information is obtained
  • Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
  • Producing formalised estimates to clients
  • Follow up with clients estimates to secure the works
  • Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
  • Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
  • Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Partitioning Systems experience with:
  • Must have Estimating experience within the construction market sector
  • Ideally will have experience within glazing, partitioning, glass solutions, glass or glazed fire rated systems
  • Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
