Commercial Litigation SolicitorNorth Birmingham (0-4 yr PQE)Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded North Birmingham firm and be a part of their busy Legal 500 Rated Commercial Litigation team.The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with some excellent longer-term career prospects for the successful applicant.The role will suit an ambitious commercially minded solicitor (0-4 yr PQE) looking for the challenge of working for a strong, regional Legal 500 firm.The firm has a strong presence in the West Midlands and offers a range of commercial and private client services, which is reflected in the work on offer for the Litigation department. Such work will mainly involve assisting the firms directors with complexand high value disputes, including claims for professional negligence, shareholder and director disputes, construction litigation, contested probate, contractual disputes and winding up petitions.
