Job Description

Location - SurbitonHours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday - FridayRole - Travel AdministratorTemporary 4 months initiallyREMOTE WORKINGGreat opportunity for an experienced Travel Sales Advisor/Consultant, to support the Marketing team for one of our favourite clients based in Surbiton. This position is currently remote working, however this is subject to change following any potential government announcements.You will be working within a team of around 10 people, carrying out data research for various countries regarding restrictions for the following:- Domestic and International travel- Hotels and Restaurants- Events and mass gatheringsYou will also be working with the Head of Travel Campaign Manager, contacting hotels/villas to enquire about restrictions, opening times, negotiating best prices and travel packages and requesting images in order for the Marketing team to create bespoke travel packages for customers.50% of the daily duties of this position will be researching information and colleting data from various countries, therefore attention to detail is essential.Essential:Travel experienceStrong knowledge of excel and data entryAccess to remote working equipmentAvailable for entire projectStrong customer service skillsDesirableExperience with Trello and Google driveLuxury travel backgroundIf you are interested in this position and have the experience above, please contact Lisa Nichols.Please be advised that due to the urgency of this position, only candidates who are available for the entire project and the relevant experience will be considered.
