Nursery PractitionersHere at Nurse Seekers we are proud to be working for an ‘OUTSTANDING’ Pre-School near Surbiton, Surrey. With two separate gardens, on top of the well-resourced inner setting, there are plenty of opportunities to ensure the children have the best start tolife! They are looking for the right candidate for this 21-place setting to come in and work in sync with the rest of the team.Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
Meeting the children’s individual needs through planning, preparing activities, ensuring equality of opportunities and reviewing the curriculum in relation to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidance.
Having key person responsibilities, keeping accurate developmental records and observations
Working in partnership with the parents/families to share childrens milestones and plan for progress.
Following the policies and procedures set out by the nursery including safeguarding and confidentiality
Working co-operatively as part of a team
Attending and contributing to monthly staff meetings
