Job Description

The Head Office Supply Chain Team are looking for an efficient, focused and adaptable System Administrator. Working in a central team, supporting the Auto-Replenishment functions on a national level and aiding 13 regional teams, you will enjoy the fast paceand variety this role has to offer. Efficient work organisation and attention to detail are vital in this role to ensure correct functioning of our ordering system. This is an ideal opportunity for an analytically minded team player who can also work independentlyand has a positive outlook.We have a hybrid working model for Head Office roles, ensuring you have a flexible work life balance.What youll do

  • Monitoring the Automatic Replenishment system performance
  • Preparing reports on key system performance indicators
  • Basic Analysis on key reports (Forecast, Sales etc.)
  • Maintaining tools used within Automatic Replenishment environment
  • Communicating between Head Office departments and Regional Office teams
  • Providing regional support on key topics (forecast, system settings etc.)
  • Ad-hoc administration and analytical tasks
  • Managing Auto-Replenishment Mailbox
What youll need
  • Essential, previous experience in either Supply Chain, demand planning, volume forecasting or stock allocation
  • Essential, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with Automatic Replenishment systems would be beneficial
  • Analytically focused, with a structured work ethic
  • Excellent work organisation and ability to work well under pressure
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confidence and composure to liaise with senior departments
  • An engaged team player
  • A high degree of adaptability
