Job Description

Roles: Senior Lettings NegotiatorSalary: Basic between (£20k - £30k) OTE £60k + (10% commission)Location: Surbiton Days/ hours: Mon - Friday: 8:30am - 6:30pm with Alternative Saturday 10am - 4pmMust have: Driving licence and carSenior Sales NegotiatorAs a Senior Lettings Negotiator, we would expect you to be able to pick up client relationships, enhance your established pipeline and continue to generate new business opportunities. Our client offers a great competitive working environment without beinga cut throat firm.KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min 2+ years property Lettings experience required
  • Must be experienced in Listings
  • Must have your own car
  • Must be well spoken and presentable
  • Local to Surbiton West London or willing to travel within reasonable commute
The ideal Senior Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Lettings contracts with both Landlords and Tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least2 years experience. The Senior Lettings Negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.Senior Lettings Negotiator:
  • 2 years Property Lettings experience
  • Must be able to list properties
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
  • Passion for selling houses
  • Chance to work for a market leading agent
  • Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
  • Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
  • Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
  • Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
  • Carry out viewings of properties
  • Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
  • Must have your own car
