Systems Co-ordinator Job specification Responsibility for the efficient running and data entry of Field AwareResponsibility for planning and implementing service driver routes in Field Aware.Responsibility for monitoring daily completion of scheduled work.Ensuring all data within Field Aware is updated and correct.Liaising with invoicing department to ensure data between Field Aware and invoicing system agrees.Taking a proactive approach to the development of Field AwareEnsuring good communication with all Service Driversall clients receive future servicing dates and completed service reports.Responsible for building the capacity plan for the servicing team.In charge of continually reviewing capacity levels within servicing team to ensure workload not insufficient / oversubscribed.Responsible for the input of data for all new jobs - alterations - removals into field awareAssign appropriate Service Driver to job taking into account location, frequency and driver workload.Schedule job into field aware checking correct unit numbers and descriptions are used.Ensure field aware has all access times / contact numbers / door codes etc so driver is aware.Ensure driver is aware of locations of units or changes to existing or additional units.Send service schedule to client.Monitor on a daily basis all service drivers to ensure all work is completed and where it is completed and where it is not to communicate with the driver to establish the reason and action accordingly e.g., reschedule.Communicate on a regular basis with the Finance Department to ensure data matches between field aware and invoicing.Constantly monitoring our use of field aware and looking for and suggesting ways to improve and enhance use of the software.Taking a proactive approach in the development and planned integration of field aware and the Company app.Ensuring good and positive communication with all service driversAssisting in the development of field aware / company app to provide our customers with an integrated and seamless interaction.Liaise with Marketing Department to ensure consistent delivery of the Company brand.Responsible for ensuring that all documentation / branding being used on the field adheres to the Company’s Marketing strategyDrafting, sending, responding to all emails within specified time scales and according to processResponding to internal and external phone call inquires with specified time scales.Person Specification OrganisedIT Literate - Office 365CommunicationPro Active ApproachDecision MakingAttention to detail.Multi-tasking skillsReliabilityHigh level of interpersonal skillsPositive / "Can do" attitude.High level of honesty and integrityAbility to use own initiative.Ability to communicate effectively in multicultural environment.Ability to learn and implement new IT systems and processes.Package details £24,000 - £26,000 Basic09:00 - 17:00PensionCar parking20 days holidays + bank holidaysWe appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
