Job Description

Property Manager -TolworthSalary £25,000 -£27,000 plus Car Allowance For this role you must have a Full Driving Licence and your own vehicleThe role of the Property Manager is to manage a portfolio of properties efficiently and competently and to provide a quality service to landlords and Tenants. Previous experience in property management or lettings is required.You will be working in team of 3.If you are a team player and enjoy the busy fast paced environment within property management please send your CV as soon as possible.Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the commercial and residential property portfolio of clients with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with the principles of good estate management.
  • To regularly visit all properties to identify necessary works of repair and maintenance and action as appropriate.
  • To arrange periodic Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments as are reasonably necessary.
  • To ensure that all necessary surveys, risk assessments and periodic testing are undertaken for all properties.
  • Key priorities /recommendations are identified and implemented in agreed time frames, taking into account the nature and severity of any risk highlighted.
  • Ensure proper monitoring and recording of all actions taken reflective of the company’s management systems.
  • Management of all contractors, ensuring works are completed to satisfaction, within time and budget and in a safe and competent manner.
  • To keep and maintain comprehensive property records to facilitate good estate management.
