Summary£48,400 up to £64,900* per annum - This isn’t 9-5. This is making the most of every day.Are you a self-driven, innovative individual with problem solving experience Are you looking to join a team dedicated to improving on-shelf availability through cutting edge technological advancements and process improvement projects If the answer is ‘Yes!’,then the Sales Organisation Department is offering a rare opportunity to join us as a Project Manager within the Stock Movement Team at Lidl Head Office.We are looking for a dynamic, systematic, and self-motivated individual who can work with cross-functional teams to find areas that need improvement, put best practices into place, and promote sustainable improvement to in-store on-shelf availability. Theideal applicant will be motivated to make tangible business improvements and will flourish in a fast-paced work environment, helping to propel the UKs fastest-growing retailer forward.We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, weofferour colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.What youll do

  • Facilitating and monitoring existing projects related to availability and data integrity in stores
  • Conducting analysis with a focus on quality assurance and optimisation of sales processes and systems
  • Developing goal-oriented solutions and identifying potential for optimisation within projects
  • Creating and presenting training materials
  • Creating Project Documentation (ARIS, Memos, Guidelines)
  • Presenting project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in our National and International Headquarters, Regional Distribution Centres and Stores.
  • Co-ordinating projects across different departments within Lidl
  • National and international travel may be required
What youll need
  • Entrepreneurial, with ability to think ‘outside the box’ and to challenge status quo.
  • Capable of interpreting data sets with an analytical mindset and succinctly communicating conclusions
  • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into easy-to-understand memos, guidelines, and training materials
  • An effective communicator, comfortable presenting at the senior level Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)
  • Comfortable with independently solving problems and meeting tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of inventory management/auto-replenishment processes desirable but not essential
