This is a great 12-month opportunity for someone internally looking to move into Product with the Crystal Ski, Lakes and Mountains team. The product team is really at the heart of business and you’ll be able to get stuck in straight away in this excitingarea. You’ll be working closely with both Product & Planning Managers & Lead Analysts by providing market & portfolio insight, supporting the trading performance of the destinations, monitoring competitor activity, working with the Content team to ensure theright level of exposure for key properties & strategic partnerships and even shape the future of our destinations by deciding what accommodations we add to our programme!Get ready to be a part of the exhilarating journey ahead! Therefore, we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements for this role and the successful candidate will work a blend of office and homeworking.We are now taking applications until the 28th August.ABOUT THE JOB• Performance analysis of units, resorts and country to highlight opportunities & flag risks to support both tactical pricing activity, as well as longer-term strategic planning. • Support our sales channels on any customer queries that they may have and where necessary passing on information to the Content team to ensure we are providing customers with the information that they require.• Work closely with the Product & Planning Manager in reviews and bed briefing to define and drive the future shape and size of the destination.• Report on wider market activity & competitor positioning to ensure that our offering is appropriately marketed & priced, giving insight & support to the Lead Analyst for your destination.• Bring new accommodations to market by working with various stakeholders in the business.• Regularly reviewing our content and marketing material for inaccuracies.ABOUT YOU• A challenging and inquisitive attitude by nature.• A high level of attention to detail.• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to use a range of functions within it.• Creative and forward-thinking with commercial awareness.• Strong communication skills.• Solution-oriented mindset• Positive and proactive mindset - can-do attitude required!• A passion for travel and winter sports preferredABOUT OUROFFER
