The Photography and Video Editor will be an excellent producer and video editor working with creative flair to fulfil online and offline business requirements. Working closely with our brand values and tone of voice you’ll bring the Crystal Ski Holidaysand TUI Lakes & Mountains experiences to life through both photography and video.The way in which our customers buy and experience holidays is evolving, and Crystal Ski Holidays has been at the forefront of the ski industry in building innovative digital experiences for our customers. Closing date for applications will be the 1st September.ABOUT THE JOB

• As part of a small team and managing an Assistant Content Editor (Imagery), you’ll lead on the well-edited acquisition, selection, and management of photography and video assets.
• You’ll be managing the end-to-end shoot process, from taking the brief, commissioning the shoot through to editing and maximising usage of the content shot to support and drive integrated storytelling across our multiple digital channels.
• You’ll be able to interpret and/or draw out briefs to make sure that the final deliverables engage with the audience, are on brief technically and creatively. As well as delivering on time, you’ll be responsible for editorial accuracy and compliance ofvideo content.
• You’ll feedback into future shoot briefs to ensure that footage is effective in its technical format and that it also provides the content you require so you can shape and edit stories across different digital channels.
• Your meticulous attention to detail will show not only in how you craft your edits but also in the way you organise yourself and the material you are using.
• This role may include assignments abroad to capture emotive, high-quality imagery and footage and will therefore require proven photographic and filming experience.

ABOUT YOU

• Mid-level video content producer who can manage visual content for multiple digital channels E.g. website, mobile, social media platforms and digital display advertising.
• Experience using Adobe Suite applications, especially: Premiere (Advanced), Photoshop (Advanced), After Effects (Intermediate) and DaVinci ideally, or equivalent grading software (Intermediate).
• And DAM/CMS systems.
• An experienced storyteller, who can lead and influence digital first implementations of photography and video.
• Demonstrable experience with managing time and delivering projects to deadlines.
• Budget conscious operator, savvy with production company quotations, always looking for efficient ways of working.
• A passion for skiing / mountain / active holidays.
