The responsibilities will include: Assisting the EA to the Chairman Assisting with diary management, appointments, travel bookings & itineraries, data & documents. Collating reports and preparing packs ahead of board meetings Ad hoc administration tasks to ensure the continuous smooth running of the chairmans office. Preparing meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings, including organising lunches, refreshments, meeting materials etc. Maintaining and managing a filing system Reconciling invoicesLiaising with members of staff at all levels Minute taking for meetingsCandidates need to have:

  • Office administration experience (minimum 18 months)
  • Attention to detail
  • Word processing and Excel skills
  • Be Pro-active
  • Ability to communicate at a senior level
  • Good organisational skills
  • Flexible
  • Hands on attitude
  • Willingness to learn
