With a basic salary of up to £30k, plus uncapped commission and quarterly performance bonus, we would expect the successful candidate to earn over £60k in their first year. We specialise in mental health and are proud to have established preferredsupply arrangements with many leading Client organisations.We are recruiting an Account Manager to take on a predominantly warm desk adopting a key account management approach, to develop and maintain successful supply relationships.PERSON SPECIFICATION- experienced and confident in developing new business- 360-degree recruiter who has previously worked in a temporary staffing role, preferably healthcare- excellent interpersonal skills- natural flair for developing and maintaining successful client relationships- able to develop and retain a strong pool of temporary workers- "can do" attitude, with an eagerness to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment- car driver, with own car (business fuel expenses covered).The successful applicant will be well supported by an experienced team including Resourcing, Compliance and Payroll, together with other Account Managers and Senior Management.We offer a hybrid work arrangement based on working 3-days from our office in Surbiton (half hour from Central London); and 2-days from home.We are a dynamic business, with a commitment to developing our valued staff.
