BramahHR are hiring for a standalone HR Manager to join a growing company! You will take the lead on all HR-related activities across the organisation in a stand-alone capacity. You will actively collaborate with the Senior Leadership team and line managersto implement the companys people strategy and initiativesThis position falls under the category of business support and will be on the Middle Management team, under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer.Responsibilities: Develop and implement personnel strategies and initiatives in close collaboration with top management. Participated in numerous strategic projects with the Senior Leadership team, such as the creation and application of policies and changes related to them to support the overall people strategy. Provide the company with advice on how to manage employee relations issues effectively and make sure that all applicable employment laws and best practises are followed. Actively analyse skill gaps with management and offer pertinent suggestions and direction Examine and create procedures to make sure all records and procedures are in compliance with employment laws and are designed to support the business. Educate line managers and the Senior Leadership Team on useful HR advice and recommendations. Control the hiring process and resource allocation (short and long term) Create and implement system analytics and reporting for management meetings. Act as an example for the workplace culture. Collaborate with co-workers and employees to establish a welcoming, cooperativeSkills/ Experience: Level 7 CIPD qualification Have worked within a similar role at a management level Generalist HR expertise Possess good management skills, have successfully managed an HR unit, and have the capacity to form enduring connections with top management and stakeholders. Having a thorough understanding of HR best practises and employment law and how to apply it
