The role of Behaviour Support Coordinator is integral to our organisational strategy to deliver truly person centred, evidence based approaches for all users of our services.You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas within Beechwood College have continual access to a member of staff whose role it is to ensure adherence to person centred plans (including positive behaviour support plans) and to ensure and promote a continual focus on person centred outcomes across the service.To achieve this you will work on one of our residential homes attached to the college and will act as a guide and advisor for all staff, working to structured support plans. You will also act as a link to the established clinical team at the College, ensuring that prescribed interventions are delivered and that outcome data is collected and monitored on a daily basis.
