Job Description

MDH are recruiting for a world class plastics manufacturing plant based in Larkhall for a forklift / warehouse operator. This is a dual role between working on the forklift as well as warehouse duties. You will work closely with all members of the warehouse team to ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and to the highest possible standard. You need to be able to work the following shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis;

  • Dayshift - 6am to 2pm
  • Backshift - 2pm to 10pm
  • Nightshift - 10pm to 6am
£10.50 per hour - Weekly pay. *OVERTIME PAID UP TO £21 PER HOUR**Duties include
  • Distribute stock to various locations around the factory and document.
  • Goods In - unload safely, check off, locate and document accurately.
  • Goods Out - load safely, check off, locate and document accurately.
  • Performing and recording daily equipment checks.
  • Assisting with stock checks.
  • Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently.
  • Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist in stores when required and assist where required lifting items with the FLT.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
