Job Description

Established wholesale food business (working across Europe), are recruiting for a Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator to join their expanding team.Main Duties & Responsibilities• Finance administration - reconciling accounts, ledgers & data• Processing & analysing high volumes of data• Exporting data to/from Excel for analysis and reporting from Sage & Xero• Creating reports in Excel for analysis• Submission of data to meet compliance reporting requirements• Communicating with suppliers & clients• Organisation of the physical and digital filing systems• Covering a variety of administration functions during holiday/sickness periodsNecessary Skills & Qualities• Proactive attitude and outcome focused• Proven track record in time sensitive and fast paced environment• Ability to follow instructions and apply a high level of accuracy when working with data and content• Proficient in all Microsoft applications, SAGE & XERO - Advanced Excel• Excellent organisational skills• Proficient in IT applications, particularly Excel & Sage• Excellent organisational skills• Clear understanding of commercial confidentiality• Excellent communication skillThis is a fully office based role paying up to £25,000 with private healthcare - a wonderful team, an expanding and highly regarded business offering plenty of longer term career opportunities. Must be a car owner and be able to work in the South Lanarkshirearea.Required skills
