Are you a dedicated and skilled Packaging Machinery Service Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity with a dynamic companyAntalis is a leading provider of packaging solutions; we specialise in the design and servicing of packaging machinery that helps our customers optimise their packaging and production processes.As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Packaging Machinery Service Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our valued customers. About the Role As a Packaging Machinery Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our packaging machinery at our customers facilities. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment, aswell as providing technical support and training to our customers.Service Engineer Role Overview

  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot packaging machinery at customer sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with packaging machinery, including electrical and mechanical
  • Collaborate with customers to provide on-site technical support and training.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback for product enhancement to maximise sales

Additional Information North or Midlands-based - there will be a requirement for national travel. Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in servicing and repairing packaging machinery
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
  • Clean driving licence
