We LOVE recruiting for the SuperBrand Harley-Davidson & were looking for an experienced candidate to add to the team in this modern, stunning motorcycle dealership as the Service Advisor.This role is at the heart of the Stretford Dealership & is crucial to the flow of the Dept, the Technicians, their work & indeed the whole Harley Davidson customer experience. Were after a pleasant, hard working & multi-tasking all-rounder Service Advisorwho comes from a similar role. Its a 50/50 Customer Services / admin role. The successful candidate must demonstrate adaptability & flexibility as this role can see you under pressure.You must be a confident & in control capable worker; both face to face as well as via phone. Youll deal with & juggle tricky queries that need sorting calmly & efficiently in super quick time. Its a pressured role & this candidate must be able to copewith customers, in-house Technicians, warranty issues, diary management & be very organised.Service Advisor Tasks include:General service advisor: booking in motorcycles, sorting warranty admin, dealing with customers & jobs under tight time-scale conditions.Brilliant customer care AND administrative skills.Excellent juggling abilities as lots of diary managementFull MS word skillsFlexible & able to adapt to timescales & deadlines.Telephone calls & all associated queries as a result of those.Be able to follow procedures to the letter but be able to think & adapt on your feet.An ability to use technical language & adapt to internal / external customers seamlessly.We need a candidate who is happy & productive working in a small & effective Team & whos great at juggling customers & colleagues whilst providing sterling customer care.We do prefer applicants with specific Service Advisor experience but if the above experience criteria is met & a can do attitude is evident we may look at other closely matched candidates.A truly Front of House role in a flagship motorcycle dealership with training provided as well as Manufacturer courses.An interest in Motorcycles & a motorcycle licence would be preferred, but its not essential.A stunning Harley Dealership for Manchester, this site has a fantastic vibe & a super showroom.
