Were recruiting for the Harley Davidson Motorcycle SuperBrand based in the fabulous dealership in Trafford, Manchester & we need an experienced, bright, sharp & energetic retail focussed candidate to work in the busy & exciting Clothing & Accessories Dept.Taking over from a really good employee, the Dept is in great shape. The clothing & accessories is almost a stand-alone shop within the dealership & its busy, well visited & looks great. Its not essential that you ride or indeed know much about Motorcyclesor the Harley Davidson brand, but of course it might help if you do!With quite a lot to learn, this is an usually interesting retail job. The clothing & accessories can be technical, sometimes high value plus everyday fashion items (T-Shirts etc) & so we need a candidate who wants to learn the details. In turn that willenhance the customer sales experience; driving turnover & commission. Youll also manage Harley Manchesters online shop and motor clothes social media presence. The successful candidate must be passionate about retail & have a proven sales track record within that environment. Were also looking for a commitment to learn about the products & the Brand. Most importantly, we want to hear from applicants who want to delivera standard of customer service Harley Davidson customers would expect & in a perfect world someone interested in the world of motorcycles.Retail (ideally clothing) experience is essential as well as stock control, stock taking & general I.T. knowledge. You must be a team player, be keen to learn and apply yourself to all aspects of this retail job.Really good role in fantastic, stunning, brand new retail surroundings. Excellent staff retention & a happy, focussed atmosphere to work in. First rate product training will be provided + some Manufacturers courses to attend too!Basic of £22k + uncapped commission (which realistically could be £2.5k on top of basic).Hours: 9-5.30 Tuesday - Friday & 9-5 Saturday.Shop closed Monday. Interviews will be held in Manchester.
