You will be responsible for maximising income and providing a responsive customer service to ensure our neighbourhoods are clean, safe and sustainable. You’ll work collaboratively across the group championing customer needs, taking ownership of your own patch of properties and customers and be the key point of contact for ensuring first class service delivery of a range of tenancy management issues.This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that our client delivers to its customers, so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key.Suitably experienced, flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills, you’ll be highly motivated, innovative and driven to ensure their neighbourhoods are attractive places to live. You’ll also be team focused with the ability to communicate with colleagues, customers, partners and external agencies in line with their high-performance culture.At the time of advertising, due to the current pandemic, our clients front line teams are working from their own homes and their interactions with customers are through virtual means. They will continue to operate in this was until they are satisfied that the health, safety and wellbeing of their staff and customers can be guaranteed when visiting customers properties and returning to their head office in Stretford, Manchester. Our client operate core hours for their customers, however, their agile style of working means that you can work your hours around family and homelife commitments. They know that a committed and dedicated member of the team doesn’t clock watch.
