Credit Controller - Trafford Park, Manchester *Office based*Flexible working hours*40 hours per week* Providing Credit Control across a multi entity ledger with high volumes of live customer accounts.* Following the company collection procedure to minimize bad debt and ensure timely collection of invoices.* Consulting with internal and external teams to resolve customer queries.* Monitoring customer credit limits and spend.* Creating new customer accounts and run credit reports when required.* Producing reports for overdue accounts to make collection calls and suspend deliveries.* Follow company procedures for high-risk customers, change of ownership, closure of a business, Liquidation/administration.* Assisting with the starting of legal proceedings as and when required* Provide ad-hoc accounts admin support.* Assisting with process development and implementation
