Youll also get access to Perkbox which offers a wide variety of discounts across the high street and online retailers, cinemas, restaurantsand much more.Working hours: 8.30am-5pm Mon-FriThe RoleThe role of the Transport Coordinator is to provide excellent administrative and clerical support to our team of technical maintenance controllers and mobile HGV technicians helping to ensure our people work in a safe environment. Youll also make sure ourcustomers are receiving the best service possible and that all of our compliance records are maintained accurately.Key responsibilities:

• Making sure that all MOTs are booked in a timely manner keeping all customer trailers compliant.
• Ensure best practices are adhered to at all times whilst maintaining a proactive approach towards compliance and health and safety policies
• Ensure documentation complies with Company policies and standards
• Ensure all planned maintenance planners are updated and adhered to
• Planned maintenance is booked in a timely manner

• A good understanding of the importance of compliance in the Transport sector is helpful
