We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Girls PE Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team. As a Girls PE Teacher, you will inspire and motivate our female students to develop a lifelong love for physical activity and healthy living,with excellent TLR benefits.Responsibilities:Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver high-quality PE lessons for girls, aligned with the curriculum requirements and school policies. Create dynamic lesson plans that encourage active participation, skill acquisition, and personal developmentin various sports and physical activities.Skill Development: Provide expert guidance and coaching to enhance students individual and team-based athletic abilities. Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to build confidence and self-esteem among female students.Inclusion and Differentiation: Cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students by implementing differentiated instruction strategies. Adapt teaching methods and activities to accommodate students with varying levels of skilland physical fitness.Physical Education Program Management: Assist in the organization and coordination of school-wide physical education programs, including intra-school and inter-school competitions, sports events, and extracurricular activities for girls.Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor student progress in physical education through formative and summative assessments. Provide constructive feedback and implement strategies to support students continuous improvement.Health and Well-being Promotion: Educate students about the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle, including proper nutrition, physical fitness, and well-being practices. Encourage students to develop positive habits for lifelong physical activity.Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching methods, share best practices, and contribute to the development of the PE curriculum. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhanceteaching skills and stay informed about current trends in physical education.Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on students progress, achievements, and any concerns that may arise.Requirements:
