Job Description

Night Porter - Job DescriptionLocation - Quy Mill Hotel & Spa, Church Road, Stow-cum-Quy, Cambridge, CB25 9AF Key responsibilities :

  • To work off a function sheet to set functions and events for the next day
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Dealing with guest enquiries
  • Cleaning public areas and function rooms in the hotel
  • To assist with upholding the safety and security of the hotel guests and the hotel itself
  • To adhere to company training programs and all related documents
  • To follow and support any reasonable request relevant to the position
Ideal Candidate:You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience, making sure checking guests in and out of the hotel goes smoothly and efficiently and functions and events are set up for the next day. Its important our guests always enjoy ourbar and restaurant spaces, so youll make sure theyre well presented, clean and tidy: youll just have naturally high standards in your work. You will pride yourself on great customer service, so youll know how to deliver fantastic and friendly experiencesfor the customers, time and time again.Due to the location of the property, access to your own transport would be advantageous.Job Types: Full-time (40 hours per week)Salary: £20,500 per annumBenefits:
