Job Description

Some remote workingThis is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive problem solver to join a growing organisation. As DataOps you will provide product/system support to client end users with the primary focus being on the quality of the data. This will involve system configuration, checking of data imports including headers and content and processing.Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • All BAU data management
  • All BAU systems management (including CAP updates, mapping site, live/training/client testing sites)
  • Receive instruction on new features and ensure full understanding of how to configure these for markets
  • Marketing updates as routine and ad-hoc events
  • Management of Jira tasks
  • 2nd Line support as appropriate (if support team understand issue to be data-related), otherwise pass to testers for review
  • Assist with onboarding new markets
    • o Data reviewo System configurationo System and feature demonstrations
  • Power BI BAU and reporting admin
  • System service resets and general maintenance
  • Regression testing
    • Skills required:
  • 3 years’ prior experience in a similar role
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines issued via Jira
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of using Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 is essential (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • SQL - Basic understanding
  • Python - Basic understanding (beneficial but not required) to write scripts to update headers
