Commercial Property Paralegal Stourbridge£20,000 - £24,000BCR/RK/10410If youre an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal, Bell Cornwall Recruitment could have the ideal next position for you!Bell Cornwall Recruitment have teamed with with a regional law firm, to search for an excellent Commercial Property Paralegal to join their well established team.The role:

  • Assisting with and managing your own case load of Commercial Property transactions
  • Sales, Purchases and Re-Mortgages
  • Handling client correspondence by telephone and email
  • Drafting and amending legal documentation
  • Dealing with Post-Completion matters
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience working within a Commercial Property Department (essential)
  • Experience with Sales, Purchase, Re-Mortgage, Freehold and Leasehold properties
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels
  • High level of attention to detail
