Job Description

More about your roleAs a Site Manager you will be expected to oversee, direct and manage production on site to the agreed programme, budget and quality standards. Comply with all Group procedures and external regulations, in particular those relating to the SHE. Upholding theGroups reputation with customers, suppliers and the community at large demonstrating our People First approach at every possible opportunity.You will be working at our new site in Chapleton as part of our expansion plan.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou will be able to lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the companys needs.You will have a minimum of 2+ years of Site Manager experience with a track record of accomplishments and success in the field.

  • Supervisory experience in a construction or house building site environment
