You will be visible and contactable ensuring that the community operates to agreed plans and will deliver Brio customerexperience by supporting colleagues in the running of facilities and site services.You will be responsible for managing site services and coordination of the maintenance regime, supporting the General Manager by providing effective site services and facilities.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youA genuine people person with trades experience or a maintenance background is required. You will have customer service at the heart of what you do. A friendly andsupportive attitude paired with a keen eye for quality and detail will enable you to succeedin this role.If you have experience of painting or Joinery it would be beneficial.You will be passionate about helping people and be skilled at planning, organising and carrying out maintenance duties.
