Hours of work on Monday and Friday will be between 10.30am-5pm, with Saturday and Sunday between 11am-4pm. There may be occasions where you need to coverholidays or increased work load during busies periods.We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced part-time Sales Advisor to join our fantastic sales team in Aberdeen.You quickly become an ambassador for Brio, being able to represent and amplify the Brio concept and lifestyle, supporting the broader Brio team to reshape retirement living for today and in the futurehelping our homeowners live life their way. Your rolewith be varied from managing sales enquires, booking appointments, arranging property visits and acting as a personal advisor to all potential customers.You will also be responsible for liaising with Estate Agents, Solicitors and removal companies to ensure the customers journey runs as smoothly as possibleFor more information please download our job profile available on our websiteMore about youTo be successful in this role you will have previous sales experience, a background in new homes sales would also be advantageous but not essential.We are looking for candidates with a flexible approach to working hours and will have excellent communication skills and be computer literate with the ability to work with programmes and systems such as Microsoft Products, Social Media sites and Salesforce.You will have a proven passion for customer service and meeting customer expiations and will be able to deal with queries and enquiries from both external and internal parties.
