We are looking to welcome a Hire Controller to join our growing team, if you have a passion for all things service and sales then we want to hear from you.This role requires the individual to be confident in a fast-paced environment and have the ability and willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge in the industrial lifting sector. The role will require good communication skills both verbaland written correspondence as well as having the ability to use technology and Microsoft office. A background within Hire or within a similar industry would be helpful but not essential. This role is predominantly administration/service based but as we area small team, duties from all aspects of the business will be involved.Responsibilities: Building a good working relationship with all customers to ensure that we are their first call when they have a requirement for machinery. To maximize the hiring of the Companys assets in a manner that is efficient and effective. To ensure that all paperwork and Company systems are adhered to. Ensuring that contract and other systems paperwork are correct and up to date. Negotiated hire rates in accordance with price lists and discount policy To ensure all sales leads are followed up promptly or communicated to other sales staff. To take ownership of customer problems and complaints, or effectively transfer them to other members of the team Involvement in the development and running new of marketing strategies. A share in weekend shift cover (one Saturday morning out of 5)Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability (1 weekend morning out of 5)
