We are looking to welcome a Service Controller to join our growing team, if you have a passion for all things service and administration then we want to hear from you.This role requires the individual to be confident in a fast-paced environment and have the ability and willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge in the industrial lifting sector. The role will require good communication skills both verbaland written correspondence as well as having the ability to use technology and Microsoft office. A background within administration in the automotive industry or a similar industry would be helpful but not essential. This role is predominantly administration/servicebased but as we are a small team, duties from all aspects of the business will be involved.Main Duties: Provide administration support to the Engineering Team Answering Service calls from our customer base Assisting with customer queries, delegating repairs and service to appropriate departments Providing support in colleagues absences Carry out tasks as per department Task Listings Undertakes any other reasonable duties as deemed necessary by management.Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability (1 weekend morning out of 5 required)
