We are a friendly, innovative practice, rated as Outstanding practice by the Care Quality Commission and have a focus on delivery of the highest quality of care for our patients.We are looking for an innovative team player to join our busy nursing team, who can contribute to and influence the development of nursing services provided within primary care. The post is for a Fully Qualified Practice Nurse, previous experience is a must You will be fully supported by a team of Nurse Clinicians, Practice Nurses; Treatment Room Nurses, Health Care Assistants and management and administration staff. The role will encompass chronic disease management, health promotion, family planning, cytology and immunisation, ear care and wound care in line with local and national guidelines.Situated in a semi-rural community, close to the Peak district we have 16,955 patients, provide services over 4 sites and utilise the clinical system SystmOne. We are a training practice for Doctors, GP’s, Medical Students and Student Nurses.
