Job Description

Pay rate:Up to £25,000 per year, DOEResponsibilities:* Processing daily shipments to UK / EU and Rest of world, this will involve using the ERP system SAP UK* Arranging collections on external portals such as DHL and Fedex* Liaising with production and supply chain to ensure critical orders are managed and delivered on time* Resolving customer requests linked to shipping queries with central HUB team* Advising on import and export queries from customs / brokers* Managing freight forwarders and arranging collection times from plant* A knowledge of dangerous goods, incoterms, legal compliance is requiredRequirements:
  • Good communication skills and an understanding of verbal and written English
  • Previous experience within either a manufacturing / production environment or a warehousing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent attendance levels and reliability
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
