We are looking for a fully qualified PSV Technician/Mechanic who has completed a recognised apprenticeship with a knowledge of the PSV Industry. The successful applicant will require relevant technical qualifications, a current full and clean PSV driving licence as the successful applicant will be required to prepare and present 2+ vehicles weekly for MOT.Key Points· The working hours are 37.5 per week, 08:30 - 17:00, 1 hour for Breaks and Lunch· The working week is Monday - Friday with no shiftsRequirements for the role· Ability to prioritise· Ability to speak with customers in a manner that they will understand· Ability to read technical drawings/wiring diagrams· Be able to use hand tools to a high level of skill· Able to work independently and use your own initiativeResponsibilities· Must be able to use computer programs for diagnostic purposes such as Actia, Cummins Insite amongst others· Ability to use special tools where required· Adhere to the company Health and Safety Policy· Be able to carry out simple and assist complex wiring repair/modification· Have the ability to keep clear and accurate recordsBenefits· 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)This role requires a high level of skill in order to diagnose, maintain and repair complex electrical, mechanical and air systems on minibuses & busesIf you are interested and have the required qualifications for the role, please get in touch.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on skill set and experienceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent Required skills
