Job Description

SEMH One to One Tutor LACCould you change the future, by supporting a Looked After Child with social, emotional, and mental health needs to engage with their educationAre you confident in tutoring key basic skills, including Maths and English, to upper primary (KS2) level Are you comfortable engaging in moderate outdoor activities, such as football and sports Do you have experience of supporting pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health needs or Looked After Children Are you confident in working with children with ASD, ADHD, or other comorbid conditions Are you familiar working in a One to One settingThe Job…Youll be kept busy, planning and delivering one to one basic skills tutoring to a Year 11 pupil in a residential home setting. You will be focussed and dedicated; working intensively to offer support to a LAC. Youll take initiative, be resilient, and drive the pupil to achieve and progress.   • An experienced tutor, familiar with young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or other disabilities and needs
