Job Description

This international sporting goods company are seeking an Office Administrator / Office Manager to join their team in Eccleshall. This position will play a vital role in the organisational strengths of the company. Candidates must have impeccable verbal, organisational and written communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour.

  • Taking and entering orders onto SAGE 50
  • Administrative support of Sales Team
  • Dealing with customer enquiries - trade and corporate
  • Credit control and general bookkeeping
  • General office duties
  • Creating reports from SAGE & Excel
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • A thorough and methodical approach to work
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Prior office administration or office management experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • The Office Administrator must be proficient in software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work efficiently without supervision
  • The Office Administrator must be a team player
  • Willing to show initiative
