My client, an international materials technology company are urgently seeking a Network Administrator to join their team.They are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person, a strong communicator who will provide IT support to approximately 200 users in the UK and 50 users in the USA.This role is full-time on-site - Monday to FridayThe company are currently based in Stoke-on-Trent and in the process of moving to a new base on Stone Business Park, which is on track to be completed by September 2022.Accountabilities:Management of server hardware and softwareFirewall maintenanceNetwork infrastructure, support, maintenance and development.Providing full life cycle management of network/security devices: including reviewing and implementing network upgrades.Qualifications:HND or similar in a computer related subjectMCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification is preferable but not essentialCCNA certification and/or FortiNet NSE level 4 with knowledge of Fortiswitch is preferable but not essential.Knowledge/SkillsVMWare ESXi v6.7 or aboveMS Exchange 2016/Online administrationFirewall experience using any Enterprise level product such as: FortiNet, FortiGate.Experience of MPLSAbility to work on your own initiative.Experience of SD-WAN is highly desirable.So, what are you thinking Would you like to discuss further If you do, please press apply and send your up to date CV for review and Ill hopefully be speaking to you soon.Spring acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
