This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected expert in the space of IT Operations and Security Analytics in their Technical Delivery & Support Team.The business has an ambitious growth plan, has shown significant growth in the past 24 months, and is developing business lines which will provide further differentiation in the market space over the next 12 months.Customers include some of the UKs Largest Enterprises, Government and Service Providers.Responsibilities:- Be a Subject Matter Expert in designated Network Management and Security Solutions.- Be part of a team that delivers solutions to meet customer requirements.- Deliver complex projects, including hands-on solution installation and configuration, following defined project plans.- Take a lead in ensuring that their customer solutions are adopted successfully and evolve as their requirements change over time (Customer Success)- Constantly learn and be an adviser to the business on key technical topics relevant to our product scope and customers requests.Skills & Experience:- At least 3 years technical experience working in or providing to Large Enterprise or Public Sector environments.- In-depth working knowledge, including practical application of one of the following areas: Network Management, Infrastructure Management, IT / Security Operations.- Comfortable in Customer Facing role.- Already owns, or has the ability to pass a high level of Security Clearance- Knowledge / Experience of SNMP, Packet Inspection, SIEM, NetFlow, NCCM, Event Management- Full Driving LicenseSalary & Perks:- Competitive Salary (dependant on provable experience)- Company Bonus Scheme- Phone, Laptop- Pension Scheme- Health Cash Plan (inc dependants)- Full Private Healthcare Plan- Death in service- Free Car ParkingHQ in Stone, Staffordshire - Hybrid working model, with regular time in the office required for collaboration and team building.Apply today!
