Job Description

Pay Rate and Hours of Work:

  • 28k per annum
  • Monday - Thursday - 8am-4:30pm
  • Friday 8am-1pm

  • Responsibilities:
  • Define and update the supply and stock management parameters
  • Ensure needs / resources balance (MRP) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products by managing the customers needs (customer order + CCMPS) and the replenishment backlog
  • Ensure products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages
  • Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost / SIOP ( Master Production Schedule )
  • Manage the customer needs coming from the CCCs through the Customer Claim Management Process
  • Measure the ISSR and S-OTD & U-OTD (External Supplier Service Rate) and drive action plans
  • Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product
  • Requirements:
  • Previous Inventory Planning experience is essential
  • Any Project Management skills desirable
  • Good person management skills
  • Good standard of literacy & numeracy
  • Must be able to work well in a pressurised and demanding environment
  • Self-motivated and quality-focused
  • Good personal organisational skills
  • Good verbal & written communication skills both face to face & via telephone
  • Have good manual dexterity skills
  • Good eye for detail
