Our client, a highly successful business based in Stokesley is currently recruiting into their busy Finance team for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part-time, temporary basis.This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly motivated, energetic team of organised individuals who are motivated by working in a fast paced, busy environment.Should you be successful, you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger by ensuring invoices are posted in a timely manner, and that supplier accounts are regularly reconciled.To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have recent experience gained working within a like-for-like purchase ledger or accounts position.Day-to-day responsibilities:Post invoices received from suppliersReconciliation of supplier accounts to statements receivedMaintenance of the purchase ledger including requesting invoices for where payments have been made upfront and where refunds are dueCompany benefits:Competitive salaryEmployee profit share schemeFlexible working hoursFree healthcare benefitsAdditional training & development opportunitiesDay off on your birthdayRemote/ hybrid working available (following initial on-site training)Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm / 3 days (negotiable)Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 Pro-rata(Actual salary for part-time hours c£13,000 per annum)
