This company is looking to recruit a Production Operative due to recent growth in the business.They hire based on their values which are Integrity, Pride, Bold, Customer focused, Team work.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLEYou will be responsible for manufacturing a wide range of products.Duties include:

Using small hand tools and soldering irons
Following work instructions to ensure consistent manufacturing
Recording data to book time and manufacturing data
Working within a team to ensure KPI’s are met
Working safely and ensuring HSE requirements are met at all times
Working across different departments as and when needed
Carrying out electrical wiring jobs

THE PERSONFor security clearance purposes you must be a British CitizenPrevious manufacturing experience is essentialExcellent attention to detail is essential as you will be manufacturing lifesaving productsProactive working attitudeSoldering and wiring experience is essential. You MUST be highly competent at electrical wiring as it is a key requirement
