Job Description

Part Time Sales AdministratorStokesley£10.50 per hourElliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a Stokesley based client with an immediate vacancy for a part time Sales Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract until January 2024.My client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to provide extended maternity cover, three days per week. Key duties will include:

  • Receiving orders from customers via phone and email
  • Inputting order details accurately
  • Contacting customers to update on stock availability
  • Processing dispatch paperwork
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with a good eye for detail. You will be comfortable working to a high degree of accuracy within a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong communication skills and the ability to liaisewith internal departments and external customers.This is a fixed term contract role to cover an extended maternity leave and will run until January 2024 in the first instance. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm, three days per week.Please note own transport is required due to my clients location.If you have the skills and experience for this role please apply online ASAP as immediate interviews are available.
