Job Description

THE BUSINESSWere working with a lovely, family-run business who are recruiting a Management Accountant which is a brand new role for them. The business sells privately owned lodges to customers but they also have other interests too, including commercial rental propertiesand a trading business.The family have a very open attitude and are looking for someone who really wants to drive the business forward and have a long career with them.THE ROLEAs this is a brand new role for the business, this is definitely something that you can make your own! Duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Monthly management account preparation
  • Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
  • Preparation of VAT reports and returns
  • Sales & purchase ledger
  • Credit control
  • Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
THE PERSON
  • Part or fully qualified accountant in CIMA, ACCA or ACA is preferred but not essential
  • Well-rounded and strong financial acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel
