Job Description

Vehicle TechnicianPrestige vehicleWe are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician ideally from an independent workshop / dealership background to fault find, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and repair a range of high-end on road vehicles. Volkswagen / Audi experience would be an advantage.Salary - £28K - £32K per annum + Excellent benefitsBromsgrove, ideal location - Worcester, Redditch, Halesowen, Birmingham, Kidderminster, Droitwich Spa, South Birmingham.Our client is an independent garage business operating in the prestige car sector. The RoleAs the Vehicle Technician Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager:

  • Carry out service, diagnostic and repair work.
  • Fault find and diagnose electrical and mechanical failures.
  • Communicating with the Workshop Controller and Service Manager of additional work required on a vehicle.
  • Ensuring a high quality of service is maintained at all times.
    • The Candidate
  • Your job as a Vehicle Technician will also be your passion and you will enjoy the satisfaction of restoring and repairing vehicles.
  • You will have strong experience working within an independent garage or franchise dealer as a Vehicle Technician. Traditional skills would be an advantage but not essential as in- house training will be given.
  • Experience working on the latest Volkswagen / Audi models would be advantageous, but not essential.
