Job Description

We are working with one of the UKs largest provider of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments with clinics nationwide to recruit a Bookings Coordinator / Sales Executive to join their clinic in Slough, Buckinghamshire.Hours: 8:30am-5pm, 9am-5:30pm, 9am-6pm,Monday-friday, every other Saturday (8:30am-5pm).Benefits:

Job Role:
  • Schedule patients appointments in a professional, accurate, courteous manner & using the booking system.
  • Ensures patients feel welcome to the clinic.
  • Answering new patient incoming calls / Engaging callers and converting new leads
  • Describing treatments & benefits
  • Cancelling & rescheduling appointments as necessary; conducting follow-up on DNA’. Note the reasons for cancellations and DNA’s
  • Recording any patient complications
  • Liaise with the Buckinghamshire & London clinic on a daily basis
  • Liaise with the practitioners daily regarding their diaries.
  • Ensure all complaints are brought to the attention of the Call Centre Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Ensure deposits are taken for necessary treatments at the time of booking
  • Report any payment or bookings errors immediately
  • Attend Admin team meetings & other meetings as required
  • Assist with general office duties.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous 5* customer service experience within a high-end industry.
  • Previous telephone experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a telephone or face to face sales executive that is used to Hitting sales goals and targets (Desirable, not essential)
