Brook Street are currently recruiting for a temporary Support & Development Officer to work for a government client working remotely/officeThe postholder is required to be well-organised and work independently, including managing and prioritising their day-to-day activities and delivery of their work stream. Strong professionalism, interpersonal skills and a customer-orientated approach are essentialdue to regular contact with trainees, delegates and other stakeholders. The postholder will also be a team player, motivating and supporting colleagues and contributing to the team`s broader running, outputs and progression.Remote role but Office would be better if required.This is a temporary Role 3 months but can be longer if required.The role is full time hours, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30Pay rate is £13.12 per hour-Paid weeklyMain Duties:" Strong professionalism" Managing queries in shared mailboxes " planning event dates " Securing venues and trainers/facilitators, " Advertising, meeting, greeting, and closing events, recruitment, and issuing follow-up documentation" Data input and maintenance of records," Ensure accurate records are kept and updated accordingly" To take responsibility and accountability for the delivery of your workload within a set of defined and agreed administrative procedures" Ensure actions are carried out in accordance with the procedures and within the necessary timescale" Provide support and guidance to others on procedures" To work within a framework of instructions or established procedures and identify areas where work processes can be improvedSkills and experience required :" Previous experience of Admin is required" Customer service focused" Positively responds to change" Be able to self-manage & prioritise your own workload" Excellent attention to detail" Accuracy inputting data and collating/filing paperworkEssential:" Experience with the use of basic Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)A DBS is required which is paid via Brookstreet.All necessary IT equipment required for the role will be provided
