Senior Building SurveyorLocation: Bristol Salary: £60k - £80k + Excellent BenefitsJob Type: Full - TimeThe Client:Our client is a leading construction firm, specialising in architecture, building surveying, interior design, project management, and conducting fire risk assessments.The Role:As a Senior Building Surveyor, you willbe collaborating with a Project Director on building surveying commissions, providing technical guidance, and contributing to diverse projects.Responsibilities:

Managing project duties from inception to completion.
Engage with clients at a project-specific level across multiple sectors.
Crafting feasibility studies and project proposals.
Leading design development and overseeing design teams.
Creating specifications and tender packs.
Formulating and analysing project programmes.
Providing counsel on procurement strategies and diverse contract forms.
Supervising the tender process.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role.
Proven track record in delivering project consultancy services on projects of various scales.
Familiarity with the JCT suite of contracts.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in conducting condition surveys and PPMs. (Desirable)
Chartered status (MRICS). (Preferred)
Valid driving licence.
