Job Description

An NHS organisation in Bristol is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join them on an initial 3-month basis.The purpose of this role is to provide both strategic and operational support across the organisation during a challenging time.Main Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the interim HR Director to hit the ground running
  • Pick up and lead on projects across the organisation as and when required
  • Work with resourcing function to meet current and future staffing needs across the region
  • Support staff in the effective application of workforce policies
  • Build quick and effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and support in the management of employee relations and change queries
  • Work with Corporate Services and Clinical managers across the organisation
  • Act as an adaptable senior HR professional that can take on various bits of work as required throughout the contract
    • The successful candidate will have:
