This involves communicating using a variety of methods including over the phone, by email and in writing, advising members, resolving queries, collaborating with independentfinancial advisors, and most importantly, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service.Benefits

  • A desire to learn. From day one, we will invest in your professional development by providing extensive group and personalised training that will assist with your growth as a first-class Customer Service Representative.
  • People who are great at building rapport and explaining things over the phone
  • Knowledge using Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) and a variety of computer systems
